CRE Rauch Lupo Robertson Closes 9,100 SF Plantation Lease

Integral Education, LLC, an established day care operator based in Cancun, Mexico, has signed a deal to lease 9,100 square feet at 7025 NW 4^th Avenue, in Plantation.  The free-standing building is located adjacent to Plantation City Hall and administrative facilities.
Michael Rauch, Senior Managing Partner with CRE Rauch Lupo Robertson, a CRE Florida Partners Company, negotiated the lease on behalf of the owner, Atrium Executive Plaza, LLC, and the Tenant in the transaction.
The new tenant, with day care facilities servicing over 600 children in Cancun, acquired the existing day care business that currently occupies the building.
“The property has been utilized as an established day care center for many years and the new operator will provide a much needed capital infusion to build the business beyond its current capacity. The day care business has been particularly difficult given the lethargic job economy over the past 5 years, but recent indicators suggest a slow but steady reversing of these trends”, said Rauch.
The lease was for a six (6) year initial term with two five (5) year options.
