CRE Firm Expanding, Seeks Miami Market Leader

Hart Advisors Group, a commercial real estate advisory firm located in Coral Gables, is launching a new platform and expanding its footprint in the Miami area.
The firm, based in Dallas with offices in Coral Gables and Orange County, is expanding its services to include commercial leasing and is looking for a Market Leader to run the Miami office.
Hart’s principal, Tanya Little, founded the company in 2008 after a long career in commercial real estate lending, to serve borrowers using her expertise in capital markets and managing commercial assets to provide solutions for troubled assets.
With more than 25 years of both institutional and private ownership experience, Hart provides effective asset management for owners of commercial real estate portfolios all over the U.S.
