Cornerstone International Realty Inks 40,000 SF Lease

Cornerstone International Realty announced the closing of a 40,000 square foot lease at 7100 NW 12^th Street in Miami.
The warehouse, which is owned by Peter Lawrence, was leased by AAR, one of the largest aviation repair shops in the country, for a period of seven years.
Frank Trelles, Executive VP and Hector Catano, President of Cornerstone International Realty, represented the tenant in this transaction.
“It was a challenge finding space close to the airport,” Trelles stated. “Warehouse space close to the airport is very hard to find in today’s market.”
Catano added, “We have represented many aviation companies over the years. We have a good understanding of their business, which allows us to better assist them in meeting their needs.”
The landlord was represented by Ron Berger of CBRE.
