Construction Supply Wholesaler Purchases 30,000 SF Distribution Center
FIM Holdings, LLC, a construction supply wholesaler, has purchased a 30,000 square foot distribution center at 200 SW 12th Ave. in Pompano Beach for $2,800,000.
FIM will uilize the property as its headquarters and distribution facility.
Brian T. Ahearn, CCIM, a commercial sales associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in Aventura worked with the Buyer in the transaction.
