Peter D. Reed and George Sacks, Principals of Boca Raton-based Commercial Florida Realty Services, are pleased to announce that Commercial Florida Realty Services has been engaged to lease One Park Place.
Located at 621 NW 53rd Street in Boca Raton’s Arvida Park of Commerce, One Park Place contains 237,331 feet of Class A office space.
Recently renovated, One Park Place is home to GEO Group and is current 79% leased.
