Commercial Florida Leases 30,000 SF at Hillsboro Center-Office Tower

Commercial Florida Realty Services is pleased to announce the completion of two lease renewals and expansions at Hillsboro Center – Office Tower, 600 Hillsboro Boulevard, Deerfield Beach, Florida.  Dart Container Sales Company expanded and extended its lease by 3,751 square feet for total of 23,191 square feet and Your Home Advantage expanded its lease at the complex by 4,003 square feet to 6,483 square feet.  With these two recent transactions Hillsboro Center –Office Tower is now 89 percent leased.
