Colliers Retained to Sell Biscayne Park Parcel

Colliers International South Florida is pleased to announce that it has been retained by the lender of a 15-acre parcel of land located at  8360, 8500, 8540, 8650 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami.
The property, known as Biscayne Park, is one of the last large land parcels available for development on Biscayne Boulevard, and stretches from NE 83rd Street to NE 87th Street. The property is being represented by Michael T.
