Colliers International South Florida Negotiates 45,409-SF Lease

Colliers International South Florida is pleased to announce a 45,409-square-foot lease negotiated at One Seventeen Professional Arts Center located at 11731 Mills Drive, Miami, FL. Colliers International South Florida, along with Flagler Real Estate Services, represented the landlord TCPC Associates, LLC in the transaction.
The tenant, Education Training Corporation d/b/a Florida Career College, signed an approximately 12-year lease at the property and was represented by Mitchell Millowitz and Ryan Rosalsky of Grubb and Ellis Company.
The newly constructed class A office project owned by TIAA-CREF is made up of two buildings. Earlier this year, Vitas became the first tenant
in the 65,000-square-foot, class A four-story office building for lease. Next door is a 69,000-square-foot class A medical / professional office condominium for sale.
