Colliers Brokers $1.9 Million Sale Of Hallandale Warehouse

Colliers International South Florida’s Achikam Yogev, Senior Vice President, represented Aristan Holdings, LLC, in the purchase of a 25,729-SF warehouse at 550 Ansin Boulevard in Hallandale, Florida. The property sold for $1.9 million or $74 per square foot.
“Buildings similar to this one fronting I-95 have been trading for over $100 per square foot,” said Yogev. “Seller Robert Hoffman had relocated Rolladen, the shutter manufacturing company he owned, away from the warehouse and was motivated to sell.
The buyer, Aristan, is an affiliate of Zensah Corporation, a Miami-based athletic apparel manufacturer. The company’s seamless-technology compression garments are used by Olympic athletes and Miami Heat basketball players.
Zensah’s purchase reflects the company’s growing space requirements, fueled by increased demand for its advanced products which it describes as the most durable and comfortable athletic apparel in the market today. “The frontage on I-95 gives the Zensah name excellent visibility, and a high-end Canadian garment company is in the neighboring building,” Yogev said.
