Colliers' Achikam Yogev Brokers 30,000 SF Warehouse Sale

Colliers International has completed the sale of a warehouse space located at 15601 West Dixie Highway in North Miami Beach.
Achikam Yogev, senior vice president with Colliers International South Florida, brokered the $4 million sale at $133.33 per square foot, for KTR South Florida, LLC.
The 30,000 square-foot warehouse is 100 percent leased by FedEx.
 

“This sale reaffirms the interest in the growing Miami market,” says Yogev. “A key selling point of this deal was the great location and quality of the property. Demand continues to be strong for this type of property. Miami’s market remains attractive to investors looking for a good deal like this location.”
