CityPlace Signs New Tenant

Marcum, an accounting and advisory services firm, has relocated its West Palm Beach office.
The firm will occupy 7,000 square feet of office space at CityPlace Tower. It was previously located at Phillips Point, 777 South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach.
The new location will allow the firm to expand its practice and add more staff. The office currently has 25 staff members.
Marcum chose the location because of its proximity to other businesses and its heavily populated area and easier access to I95.
The firm has four offices in Florida and 23 offices in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, California, Grand Cayman, China and Hong Kong.
