CBRE’s Tom O’Loughlin, Larry Genet Ink 201,000-SF Lease Renewal

CBRE Senior Vice Presidents Tom O’Loughlin and Larry Genet negotiated a lease renewal on behalf of landlord Cabot Properties  at Meridian Business Campus, located at 3225 Meridian Parkway in Weston.

KeHE Distributors renewed it’s 201,849-square-foot space, marking one of the largest industrial renewals in Broward in recent months. KeHE will continue to occupy 100 percent of the two-story building.

The deal closed in April.


“Although industrial vacancy has increased to 3.77% due to new construction deliveries, our team continues to be active signing market deals for our clients in Dade and Broward Counties,” commented O’Loughlin.

KeHE Distributors is a leading distributor of natural, specialty, multicultural and fresh products to natural food stores, chain grocery stores, independent grocery stores and other specialty product retailers throughout North America.

Fred Regnery, Steven Wasserman and Erin Byers with Colliers represented KeHE Distributors in the lease renewal.

Meridian Business Campus is situated in Southwest Broward with direct access to Florida’s major roadways, right off Weston Road with great access to I-75.

Tom O’Loughlin and Larry Genet have 13,500,000 square feet of product for lease or sale in the Broward and Dade County markets. The portfolio is currently 93% occupied.
