CBRE Selected To Lead Management, Leasing Of 1.4 MSF Industrial Portfolio

CBRE Group Inc., has been retained by an institutional client to manage and lease a 1.4-million-square-foot portfolio in Flagler Station Phase II.

The CBRE team in charge of the assignment is spearheaded by Patricia Nooney, senior managing director of CBRE Asset Services, and is composed of Betsy Bullard and Sharrel Mahan from management and leasing experts Devin White and David Albert.
