With All-Tag Security bringing half of their production process from Belgium to Boca Raton, Florida, Arvida Park of Commerce IV (APOC IV) satisfied the 20,166-square-foot expansion needs of the anti-theft device manufacturer. CB Richard Ellis’ Jeff Kelly and Robert Smith of the Palm Beach County office negotiated the lease transaction on behalf of the landlord, KTR Capital Partners.

“APOC’s park security, proximity to Interstate 95 and the flexibility of the existing space at APOC IV were key features meeting All-Tag’s expansion needs,” said Kelly.

All-Tag had outgrown their previous 6,000-square-foot location at Boca Industrial Park as the Belgium-based firm decided to expand their operations in the United States. APOC IV is located at 1155 Broken Sound Parkway.
