CBRE Awarded Leasing For Another WPB Office Tower

Ecclestone Organization has appointed CBRE to lease Regions Financial Tower, a 180,000-square-foot Class A office tower in the West Palm Beach submarket, located at 1555 Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard.
CBRE Vice President Anthony Librizzi and Associate Joshua Nolan have been appointed as exclusive leasing representation for the office tower. Ecclestone had previously been handling leasing in-house.
“Our client is committed to building significant value in the Regions Financial Tower asset. We are excited to represent this sophisticated building within the West Palm Beach market,” said Librizzi.
Built in 1986, the 15-story tower recently underwent significant capital improvements and continued improvements are in progress.
