CBRE Appoints Managing Director For Miami Market

CBRE has appointed Josh Bank Managing Director and Market Leader of its Miami business.

In this role, Mr. Bank will oversee the operations of the company’s Miami office and drive its growth strategy for all Advisory Services lines of business, including Advisory & Transaction Services, Investment Sales, Debt & Structured Finance, Property Management, Valuation & Advisory Services and Project Management.

Mr. Bank has nearly 15 years of commercial real estate experience, most recently as a Managing Director in CBRE’s Advisory & Transactions Services business. In this role, he managed and coordinated significant real estate portfolio requirements for existing and prospective CBRE clients across the Southeast U.S.

In his new role, he will report to Tripp Gulliford, Executive Managing Director of CBRE’s Florida region.

 

“Our Miami business and clients will benefit from Josh’s vast knowledge of CBRE’s broad platform of services, strong relationships across the industry and within the CBRE network, and excellent business development track record,” said Mr. Gulliford.

Mr. Bank previously held roles in CBRE’s Washington, D.C., Singapore, Hong Kong and New York offices. Prior to joining CBRE, he was a capital markets analyst at a national commercial real estate developer.

Mr. Bank holds an M.B.A. from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
