Butters' Ahearn, Conte Rep Insurance Group In Office Building Purchase

Butters Realty & Management‘s Brian T. Ahearn, CCIM and JC Conte, SIOR recently closed on an 8,020-square-foot single story office building sale. The deal closed September 25. Ahearn and Conte represented Christina Downs, President of Prestige International Insurance Group, Inc., in her purchase of 7200 West McNab Road in Tamarac, a Class A, single-story office building. Prestige opted for ownership as opposed to leasing space and sought an office building large enough to expand.  Ahearn quickly identified the ideal property for their relocation – a property being marketed by Barret Wolf of Wolf Real Estate Company.  

“Barret Wolf was very responsive to our buyers needs throughout the entire sales, due diligence and closing process,” commented Conte, EVP, Director of Industrial Sales & Leasing.  “He is a real professional and Brian and I are glad we got this deal done with him for our respective clients.”

The office building features a parking ratio of 10/1000 square feet, hurricane impact glass, back up generator and exceptional frontage on the heavily traveled McNab Road.
