Busekrus Makes Move To CBRE

Marty Busekrus has joined CBRE as Senior Associate of the Private Client Group (PCG) team for South East Florida encompassing Miami Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Treasure Coast Counties. He joins J. Scott O’Donnell, Dominic F. Montazemi and Miguel Aclivar. 
The PCG team specializes in delivering complete property solutions, including joint venture equity, debt restructuring and refinance, asset disposition and new debt financing, and asset leasing for office, industrial, and land investments.
In his new role, Marty will be responsible for coordinating pipeline development activities.   He will often be the first point of contact a client has with the team and as such he will be heavily involved in networking events both in and out of the commercial real estate industry.
Marty was previously with NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz as Senior Sales Associate in Investment Sales since July, 2005.
