Broward College Planning 50,000 SF Facility

Broward College plans to open a nearly 50,000-square-foot facility in Oakland Park to offer programs in culinary arts, design and business.

The building is part of a public/private partnership with the City of Oakland Park, Amos Chess, ATID Investments and Chef Lenore Nolan-Ryan.

Features of the building at 1299 East Oakland Park Blvd. will include professional kitchens, classrooms, office space and 28 resident units for students and student artists. It should be open for the 2014-2015 academic year.
