Brickell World Plaza Signs 10,000 SF Tenant

JAMS, the private alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider, has signed on as the newest tenant at 600 Brickell at Brickell World Plaza. The Irvine, California-based company will occupy 9,953 square feet on the 26th floor.

Noël Steinfeld, and Chris Dekker of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord and developer, Foram Group, in the transaction. Jon Bourbeau and Ryan Levy of Newmark Knight Frank represented JAMS.

600 Brickell is was the first building of its class in Florida and the 14th in the world to be pre-certified LEED Platinum by the U.S. Green Building Council, the highest rating available for sustainability in design.

JAMS resolves multi-party, complex cases in virtually all areas of the law and handles more than 10,000 cases per year in hearing locations throughout the world.
