Brickell Office Tower Changes Hands

Prudential Real Estate Investors is buying the Sabadell Financial Center at 1111 Brickell Ave., according to sources who asked not to be named. The trade is an off-market transaction for the property, which has been listed for a few weeks.
The building last sold in 2002 for $132 million.
The current owner of the building is Testa Inmuebles en Renta, S.A out of Spain, which upgraded the common areas of the multi-tenanted floors last year.
The 30-story, 523,000 square foot tower interconnects to the JW Marriott hotel at the corner of Brickell Avenue and SE 12th Street.
