Brenner Inks Deal For FLL Strikers Soccer Team HQ

Brenner Real Estate Group is on the ball, closing a new lease with the Fort Lauderdale Strikers for a new corporate headquarters.
Strikers Personnel, LLC has leased 3,024 square feet of office and flex space within Cypress Commons, the five-building office campus at 1500 West Cypress Creek Road in uptown Fort Lauderdale.
Brenner Real Estate Group’s Ken Silberling, Vice President Business Development/Commercial Brokerage and Betty Geller, Commercial Associate, represented the landlord, Cypress Commons, LLC, in the transaction.  Michele Verdi-Knapp, Ph.D. of Lehmann Realty Team represented the Strikers.
Brenner Real Estate Group also became a 2015 Partner of the team.
