Brenner Inks 26,000 SF In New Lease Deals

Brenner Real Estate Group has announced four commercial leases totaling more than 26,000 square feet.
Helen Weissman, Commercial Associate, represented Action Restoration, Inc. a.k.a. Hardie Boys Group, a woodworking company, in a 12,040 SF industrial lease at the 3400 Building, 3400 NW 25^th Avenue in Pompano Beach.The landlord, RDJA, Inc., was represented by Steve Davis of Sperry Van Ness Commercial Realty.
An importer of goods from China, Jing Xu a.k.a. AA China, Inc., also signed an 11,500 SF retail/warehouse lease deal at 5205 NW 163 Street in Miami Gardens, FL. Michael Eisner, CCIM, Vice President, Commercial Brokerage represented the tenant. The landlord, Seagis Plip, LLC represented itself.
Adam Starr, Vice President, Commercial Brokerage, also negotiated a 10-year, 1,280 SF lease at Executive Court II, located at 2300 Corporate Boulevard in Boca Raton for a CPA firm and another 1,200 SF, 14-year lease deal on behalf of Dr. Nicole A. Rothman, P.A. of Rothman Family Chiropractic, at the Best Vet Building, located at 399 Winchester Park Boulevard in Boynton Beach.  Mr. Starr represented the tenant in both deals.
In addition to these new lease transactions, Peter Messina, CCIM, Vice President, Commercial Brokerage, represented Interior Office Systems, Inc., a ten-year-old office furniture sales business, in a lease renewal of 20,000 SF of industrial space at 1280 Powerline Road in Deerfield Beach.
