Brand New Office Building Lands International Finance Bank HQ

International Finance Bank will be moving its headquarters to 777 SW 37th Avenue, a brand new Class A LEED Gold-certified, 45,246 square foot office building in Miami, located at the intersection of SW 8th Street and Douglas Road.
The bank’s current headquarters, at 891 Brickell Ave., Suite 2400, will remain open as a branch, International Finance Bank President and CEO Nelson Alvarado said.
Donna Abood, Chairman & Founding Partner of Colliers International South Florida, and Matt Anderson, Office Leasing Consultant with Colliers, represented the landlord.
The bank also has two branches in Coral Gables, and one each in Weston and Miami’s Westchester area.
