Blanca CRE Promotes del Corral, Cahlin

Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc. promoted Andres del Corral to vice president and Alexander Cahlin to associate vice president in its Miami office.
Del Corral specializes in office properties with a focus on institutional and private landlords. He was previously an associate at Blanca Commercial and has been in the real estate business for eight years. He was previously at Rilea Group, where he was a development associate.
Cahlin handles landlord representation, market research and analysis, and overall team support. He has two years of experience in real estate and previously worked as producer’s assistant for the Fox Television series The Chicago Code, working underneath producer and co-executive producer of the show and serving as liaison between producer, studio, high profile talent and show staff.
Del Corral holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Boston University and an MBA with a concentration in real estate from Florida International University. Cahlin holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida.
