Blanca Commercial RE Completes 36,000 SF Of Office Leases At Optima In Aventura

Blanca Commercial Real Estate completed leases totaling 36,000 square feet at Optima, an office campus located in Aventura. The completed lease deals include: 18,607 SF for Kawa Capital, an asset management firm providing accredited investors solutions to build tailored alternative portfolios and the first tenant to sign at the new Onyx Tower. At the White Tower, 11,401 SF for WM Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on the health and wellness industry, and 1,899 SF by Aurele Properties, a real estate investment firm. In the Red Tower, Optima’s stand alone, Class A medical office building, 4,023 SF for Makeover Aesthetics, a state-of-the-art medical spa/clinic. WM Partners was represented by Zach Talbot from CRESA.
