Berger Commercial Realty’s Steve Hyatt Represents Car Dealership In Purchase Of Property For Expansion

Berger Commercial Realty/Corfac International Senior Vice President Stephen Hyatt represented the buyer, Pompano Ford Lincoln, Inc., in the purchase of a retail property located at 2860-2890 NE 17 Avenue in Pompano Beach. The 5,460-square-foot building, which is situated adjacent to Pompano Ford Lincoln, a Holman Automative Group-owned car dealership, was purchased for $790,000. T. Hinton LLC was the seller. The deal closed September 15. The buyer intends to demolish the 1966-built, single story building to make way for a future dealership expansion. With more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and has executive-level contacts in the real estate, banking and automotive industries, Hyatt has a long-standing relationship with Holman Automotive Group.
