Berger Commercial Realty/CORFAC International Senior Vice Presidents Keith Graves and St. George Guardabassi recently represented AMC Resorts III, Inc. in the $3 million sale of a 30,656-square-foot office and warehouse building in Tamarac to SLK Invest, LLC.

“The building was previously used as a furniture showroom and distribution center by AMC Furniture Liquidators,” Graves said. “The buyer owns one of Sweden’s largest museums of classic American cars and intends to use the property to house part of his collection here in South Florida.”

Located at 3705 W. Commercial Blvd., the building is the fourth property the brokers have sold in a six-property portfolio. The exclusive sales listing for the portfolio was awarded to Berger Commercial Realty by AMC Furniture Liquidators, which plans to consolidate operations and relocate within the South Florida market.

SLK Invest, LLC was represented by Jonatan Liljeback of Superior Florida Realty in the transaction.
