Benchmark Names New VP

Seasoned broker and community leader Mark J. Wohl has joined Benchmark Realty as  Vice President of Commercial Sales and Leasing,
During the course of his career, Mark has guided clients while contributing to more than $1 billion in transactions, which includes the brokerage of The Leslie Hotel and Hotel Ocean on Ocean Drive, the Clinton Hotel and Wyndham Garden Inn on Washington Ave., the Sovereign Hotel on Collins Ave., and multiple commercial properties throughout the state with a focus on Miami Beach.
His clients include UIA Management, LLC, Crescent Heights, Jordache, BC Properties, Fort Capital Management, LLC, Covin Development and other individual and institutional investors with substantial real estate holdings locally and nationally.
Prior to joining Benchmark Realty Group, Wohl served as Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap for over a decade, where he sold more hotels, condo conversions and vacant non-income generating properties than any other agent in the Miami-Dade County office. He also spent a brief period at The Charre Group before landing at Benchmark.
In addition to his career in commercial real estate, Mark is an experienced and committed leader in the Miami Beach community. He is currently the President of the Miami Beach Leadership Academy Alumni Association, as well as an active member of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation’s Yerucham Steering Committee, Co-Chair of the Miami Beach Service Partnership’s Board of Governors, and member of the City of Miami Beach Affordable Housing Committee. He is also the Co-Founder and Co-Chair to the Lincoln West Neighborhood Association and Board Member of the West Avenue Neighborhood Association.
