Banco do Brasil, a financial institution, leased 16,529 square feet in the office building at 1221 Brickell Ave. in Miami.
The 27-story tower totals 408,597 square feet. Adler Realty Services LLC developed the property in 1986.
Banco do Brasil leased out Suite 2200.
Gavin MacPhail and Randy Carballo with JLL represented Banco do Brasil. Eric Groffman, Josh Gibbons and Nicole Vassilaros with JLL represented the landlord, Equity Office.
Other tenants in the building include Safra National Bank and Delta National Bank and Trust Company.
