Bal Harbour To Add New Concept Restaurant

“The Grill at Bal Harbour,” a new restaurant concept from Hillstone Restaurant Group will be added to the list of dining options at the Bal Harbour Shops.
The 6,400 square foot restaurant is scheduled to open in October 2014.
One of many remarkable elements that will distinguish The Grill at Bal Harbour from other restaurants is its unique operable window system that can transform the entire space from a beautiful enclosed facility into an outdoor dining experience at a moment’s notice.
The menu for The Grill at Bal Harbour will take American classics as its inspiration, a quality the Hillstone Group has refined in its other renowned restaurants, Palm Beach Grill, Hillstone, Houston’s and East Hampton Grill.   At Bal Harbour, the space will feature an island bar, an exterior patio bar coupled with an outdoor lounge space, as well as an exhibition style kitchen where the excitement of food preparation will be showcased.
The Grill at Bal Harbour will join the longtime favorite Carpaccio Italian restaurant, Makoto serving modern Japanese cuisine and La Goulue French bistro.  Construction on The Grill at Bal Harbour begins this Spring.
