Avison Young Wins Management, Leasing For 323,000 SF Industrial Facility

Avison Young has been awarded the property management and leasing responsibilities for MARS Powerline Center, a 323,000 square foot industrial facility located at 5300 Powerline Road in Fort Lauderdale.
The second sizable property management assignment in South Florida in less than one month, MARS Powerline Center brings the total square footage under Avison Young’s management throughout Florida to 7.1 million.
