Avison Young To Manage Industrial Portfolio

Avison Young’s South Florida office has been engaged as the property management firm for Sawgrass Distribution Center, a 131,800-square-foot, three-building class A industrial portfolio located at 710-740 International Parkway, Sunrise.
The Sawgrass Distribution Center assignment brings the total square footage under Avison Young’s management throughout Florida to 7.1 million, 50 percent of which was awarded within the last six months.
Principal Michael Vullis and Senior Property Manager Kathy Stephens of Avison Young’s South Florida office will oversee the property management activities for Sawgrass Distribution Center.
