Avison Young Tapped To Manage 77,000 SF Industrial Assignment In WPB

Avison Young has been selected as the exclusive property management agent for Skees Road Industrial Park, a nine building portfolio totaling 77,000 square feet on 9.4 acres at 1426-1488 Skees Road in West Palm Beach, Fla. Principal Michael Vullis with Avison Young will lead the assignment on behalf of the ownership, CW Capital.

This assignment comes on the heels of a well-performing 2013 for Palm Beach County’s industrial market. The area’s current vacancy rate of 7.5 percent and continued absorption leads to a competitive market.
Skees Road Industrial Park is located in the southwestern section of the City of West Palm Beach, situated conveniently near Central Palm Beach County and Florida’s Turnpike. Notable tenants include Airtex Corp., the Palm Beach County Sheriff, Clintar Groundskeeping and The South Florida Water Management District.
