Aviation Company Takes 70,000 SF In Fort Lauderdale

Chromalloy, one of the world’s leading independent supplier of advanced aircraft parts and repairs, leased approximately 70,000 square feet in Ft Lauderdale.
The aerospace firm will occupy over three acres in a free standing building located within the Fort Lauderdale Commerce Center at 3600 NW 54th Street. The building will be used primarily for the distribution of aircraft parts and house the Material Solutions Sales Office.
Daniel Heisler, Vice President of Brokerage Services for Adler Realty Services (ARS), represented Chromalloy in finding and negotiating the lease. Tom O’Loughlin and Larry Genet with CBRE represented owner KTR Capital.
Chromalloy is a billion dollar company with locations in 17 counties around the world and provides the airline industry with a broad range of aftermarket services for the military, industrial and marine gas turbine markets. The company chose to consolidate several location to Ft Lauderdale to further enhance their ability to provide customers with fast reliable distribution of parts, according to Heisler.
