Ad Agencies Ink Deals For 17,000 SF

Brenner Real Estate Group‘s Adam Starr and Helen Weissman, CCIM independently represented ad agencies in two lease deals totaling 16,689 square feet.
Starr, Senior Vice President, Commercial Brokerage, represented Brown Parker Demarinis Advertising, Inc., a 13-year-old advertising agency specializing in branding and marketing for health systems and hospitals in a lease for nearly half a floor, encompassing 9,689 square feet of office space within Lynn Financial Center, located at 1825 NW Corporate Blvd. in Boca Raton.  The deal was the result of a relocation of the agency’s corporate headquarters from Delray Beach.
According to Starr, Lynn Financial Center was chosen based upon several factors.

The landlord, Lynn Financial, was represented by Peyton Moore of Avison Young. Approximately 30 staff members will be involved in the move. Occupancy is projected for January 2016.
In a separate deal, Helen Weissman, CCIM, Senior Vice President, Brokerage, represented Brainswitch Advertising, Inc., a 12-year-old advertising and promotional displays company, in leasing 7,000 square feet of office/warehouse space within Hollywood Park, located at 1983 Tigertail Road in Hollywood.
The landlord, KTR Hollywood, LLC was represented by David Wigoda with JLL.
