600 Brickell Names New Leasing Representative

Jones Lang LaSalle has been named the exclusive broker for Miami office tower 600 Brickell as of Oct. 31.
The JLL team will be led by Glenn Gregory, senior vice president of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Miami office.
“We consider it a privilege to assist Foram Group with the marketing and leasing of 600 Brickell at Brickell World Plaza,” Gregory said.
The project, which has been pre-certified as LEED Platinum, signed its first outside tenant, Credit Agricole Private Banking Miami, in May. CB Richard Ellis had previously been the building’s agent.
