Jones Lang LaSalle, which has been aggressively expanding in South Florida, has added four local real estate veterans to its Miami and Fort Lauderdale offices.

In the Miami office, the firm hired Jonathan Kingsley and Stephen Rutchik as senior vice presidents. Kinglsey and Rutchik, who both previously worked at Grubb & Ellis, specialize in office leasing, representing landlords and tenants in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. With a combined 28 years of South Florida real estate experience, Kingsley and Rutchik have handled transactions involving more than 1.5 million square feet of office space.

In Fort Lauderdale, Jones Lang added tenant representation specialists Jim Cahlin and Rod Loschiavo as senior vice presidents. Cahlin and Loschiavo, who have a combined 54 years of South Florida real estate experience, most recently worked at Cushman & Wakefield. They are focusing on representing Broward County office tenants.

Jones Lang now has about 380 employees throughout Florida.
