25-Year CRE Veteran Joins NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co.

NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co. is pleased to announce the addition of Nico Winningham, as a Senior Associate.
Winningham brings over 25 years of commercial real estate experience to NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co, and specializes in office, retail, medical and industrial leasing, sales, and development. He focuses on the representation of clients in the sale of commercial and industrial properties, lease negotiations and renewals, site selection and analysis, as well as build-to-suit options and consulting.
Prior to joining NAI Rauch Weaver Norfleet Kurtz & Co., Winningham worked as a Landlord Representative for Southern Management and Development, Leasing Director for In-Rel Properties, as well as a Real Estate Manager for Broward Health.
Winningham earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University. A partial list of tenants Winningham has represented includes J.P.
