23,000SF Fitness Center Opens At 110 Tower

110 Fitness has opened at the LEED Gold-certified 110 Tower in downtown Ft. Lauderdale.
The Comras Company, 110 Tower’s retail leasing agent, facilitated the lease transaction. 110 Fitness, available to tenants and the public, temporarily occupies the seventh and eighth floors, with plans to relocate to 110 Tower’s newly renovated ground floor lobby in summer 2012.
The current facility comprises of 23,000sf of workout space, fitted with cardio machines, strength and free weight equipment, a spinning room, racquetball and squash courts, and his and her locker rooms.
Genesis Capital Partners XI, Ltd., an investment fund sponsored by GenCap Partners, Inc., is the owner of 110 Tower.
