1200 Brickell Returns 89,000 SF To Market

Some 89,000 square feet of office and retail space at 1200 Brickell Avenue is up for sale.
Miami-based Castle Investors listed the space, which is scattered through the Class A building at the corner of Brickell Avenue and Coral Way, a 20-story glass tower that encompasses 231,000 square feet in total. The seller acquired the portfolio in 2008.
Engel & Völkers’ commercial division, which was created in 2012, got the exclusive listing this month. The entire portfolio or a portion of it, down to individual units as small as 2,478 square feet, are for sale, the brokerage said.
Among those currently occupying the space are BB&T, Morton’s Steakhouse, and Berlitz Languages Inc.
