111,000 SF Deal Signed At Miami Industrial Park

Transcor, a warehousing, transportation and logistics services company,  has signed a 111,000-square-foot lease at Prologis’ Gratigny Industrial Park in Miami. The park is located at 3380 114th Street in Miami.
“Transcor is an important tenant for Prologis and we were happy to be able to accommodate the company’s expansion requirements,” said Brian Smith, executive director at Cushman & Wakefield, who handled the deal with fellow executive director Audley Bosch.
Transcor, which was represented by Transwestern’s Gordon Messinger, had been located in a 70,000-square-foot space in the Gratigny Central area. The lease term is for three years.
