Wynwood Art Gallery Trades For $723 PSF

A Miculitzki Family and Cabi Developers joint venture, 310 Wynwood LLC, has purchased a Wynwood art gallery located at 310 Northwest 24th Street for $6 million, or $723 per square foot.
Central Commercial Real Estate broker Ari Dispenza, who has worked with Miculitzki before, represented the seller, 310 Warehouse Interests LLC.
Based in Miami’s burgeoning Wynwood neighborhood, Central Commercial Real Estate is a newly formed boutique commercial real estate firm led by Wynwood veterans Ari Dispenza and Eric Gonzalez. The firm specializes in commercial sales and leasing in Miami’s urban core, including industrial, office, retail, land, and multifamily transactions.
Property records show the single-story building last sold for $2 million in April 2013. The building was constructed in 1953
AERIAL-310 NW 24 STREET MIAMIThe building is located ½ block west of Panther Coffee and adjacent to the new 250 Wynwood building. In October, a slate of changes to zoning and land use designations allowing for denser residential developments on roughly 205 acres in Wynwood went into effect. New ownership is looking to bring two food and beverage concepts to the 8,300-square-foot building, which sits on a 12,188-square-foot lot.
