Woolbright Acquires Village Commons

Retail owner and developer Woolbright Development has acquired the Village Commons, a 169,000sf retail center, located at 701-971 Village Boulevard in West Palm Beach.  The price paid was not immediately clear, however, the center was purchased by a fund managed by BlackRock, Inc. in the beginning of this year for $25,700,000 or $152 per sq. ft.
Woolbright will oversee the center’s leasing, property management, construction management, marketing and promotions.
Village Commons is anchored by Publix and CVS and includes Starbucks, Panera Bread, Coldstone Creamery, PNC Bank, Duffy’s Sports Bar and Grill, and many other national, regional and local merchants.
