William Holly Named BOMA’s Leasing Agent Of The Year

William HollyMiami-based Pointe Group Advisors President William Holly was honored with the 2014 “Leasing Agent of the Year” Award by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Miami-Dade at its annual “The Outstanding Building of the Year” (TOBY) awards.

Pointe Group Advisors’ property management team also received two building awards: the “Under 100,000 square feet” building award for the Continental Plaza and the “Historical” building award for the BAC Colonnade. Pointe Group Advisors’ senior property managers.

Each year, the TOBY Awards recognize exemplary commercial real estate properties and industry personnel that demonstrate superior building quality and management practices.

Holly has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and is responsible for leading Pointe Group Advisors’ expanding footprint in Florida and growing its brokerage services. He has represented 20 ‘Class A’ office buildings in South Florida and owns the ‘Class A’ office pre-lease records in the Coral Gables, Brickell and Miami Beach submarkets. Holly has been nationally recognized as one of the top commercial real estate executives by Builder Contractor and Engineering and was named one of the top 10 “hot brokers” in the U.S. by Commercial Property News.

Pointe Group Advisors’ Devon Newton, the property manager of the Balfour Beatty Center in Plantation, was named in December as the 2013 “Property Manager of the Year” by BOMA Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beaches. The Balfour Beatty Center also won in the building category for properties under 100,000 square feet.
