Waterford Building Fetches $16 Million

The Waterford Centre office building, located at 6205 Blue Lagoon Drive in Miami, was sold for $16.25 million.
The 129,444-square-foot office building, which was built in 1999, was purchased by New Boston Crystal LLC, which is managed by New Boston Fund VII LLC, for $16.25 million, or $125.54 per square foot.
The building was approximately 80% occupied at the time of purchase.
