As I receive literally hundreds of property flyers via email each week (or is it each day?  ugh), it’s refreshing to experience a different marketing approach.
There’s a lot of competition out there – a lot of brokers for buyers and sellers to choose from.  Sperry Van Ness has opted for a creative spin.  I love it…and I applaud Sperry Van Ness for taking a walk outside the box to set themselves apart.
