Tulepan Closes 8,000 SF Lease

Tulepan Management and Development, LLC, announced that Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida has leased 8,000sf at the Catalina Centre on Congress Avenue and Gateway Boulevard in Boynton Beach.
Catalina Centre is anchored by Marshalls, 24 Hour Fitness and Florida Career College. The lease is for a base term of 10 years. Theresa Grashoff of The Ferber Company represented the tenant.
The landlord will demolish a former Macaroni Grill building and construct an 8,000sf build-to-suit building for Blue Cross Blue Shield on a freestanding pad.
