Transwestern Inks New 15,000 SF Lease At Miami Center

Transwestern signed nearly 26,000 square feet of leases at Miami Center, the iconic Class “A” high-rise office property located at 201 South Biscayne Boulevard.
Miami Center, which recently completed significant design enhancements throughout its lobby, continues to attract and retain the city’s most prominent tenants.
Levine Kellogg Lehman Schneider & Grossman LLP, a 5.0 rated law firm by Martindale-Hubbell specialties in complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and receiverships, has signed a new lease for nearly 15,000 square feet.
Longtime tenant Black, Srebnick, Kornspan & Stumpf, P.A., which has been a tenant in the building since it was built in 1983, has signed a long-term lease renewal for close to 11,000 square feet.
The transactions were handled by Eric Groffman, Senior Vice President of Transwestern, who leads the leasing efforts of the landmark property.
Sumitomo Corporation of America (SCOA) purchased Miami Center in 2008, and since then, Transwestern has served as the exclusive leasing advisors for the landmark property.
