Transwestern Closes Additional 64,000 SF At Beacon Centre

Transwestern’s South Florida office is pleased to announce the signing of three leases for 64,000 square feet at Beacon Centre, located at NW 25th Street and NW 84th Avenue in Doral, in addition to the 42,000 square foot Codotrans deal, announced yesterday.
These transactions bring RREEF’s 425,000 square foot portfolio within Beacon Centre to 100 percent occupancy.
On behalf of the landlord, Transwestern’s Thomas Kresse, Senior Vice President, Walter Byrd, Managing Director, and Ben Eisenberg, Managing Director, completed the following transactions:

• Lifeline Pharmaceuticals signed a new lease for 21,000 square feet, representing a relocation and expansion within Doral. Kathy Zerbone, Easton & Associates, represented the tenant.
• Worldpac signed a long-term renewal for 28,000 square feet. Brian Smith, Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant.
• BR-1 signed a long-term renewal for 15,000 square feet. Gabe Menocal, NAI Miami, represented the tenant.
